With October being National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I
would like to update everyone on new information regarding
Breast Cancer.
The World Health Organization stated recently that global cancer
rates could increase up to 50% by the year 2020. They also
stated that lifestyle changes could prevent 1/3 of the cancers
world wide.
Their preventative measures included:
1. Reduction of Tobacco consumption
2. A healthy lifestyle and diet
3. Early detection through screening, particularly for cervical
and breast cancers.
They stated more than one million cases of breast cancer occur
world wide with more cases developing in rich countries. The
best strategy and prevention is avoidance of tobacco and
industrial carcinogens.
What is the earliest detection device available for Breast
Cancer? Infrared Thermography, not Mammography. Despite all the
advertising propaganda, mammograms will not find a lump until it
is 8 to 10 years in the making. Earlier research out of
California stated that Mammograms are no more effective at
finding breast cancer than self-breast exams. Research also
pointed out that radiation to the breast may actually cause
cancer.
Thermography was first introduced to the medical field in the
mid 1960’s and has been used clinically to detect early breast
disease and cancer all over the world. It’s ability to detect
angiogenesis and differentiate inflammation from cancer is done
with cold water provacative testing.
The ability to detect breast cancer in the first year and turn
it around to healthy tissue using natural supports will surely
decrease the rate of cancer in women between the ages of 25 and
70. Initial scanning includes a base line thermogram and a three
month follow-up scan. Yearly scans are then recommended along
with a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Please call the Natural Medicine Clinic for an appointment. We
have the latest technology available in Digital Infrared
Thermography.
